Information pursuant to art. 13 EU Regulation no. 679/2016

Pursuant to art. 12 of EU Reg. 679/2016 (GDPR), this document illustrates the methods and purposes of the processing of personal data that we receive and collect when the services/website are usedwww.psychology-semplice.it as well as some of the measures we adopt to protect such data.

In compliance with current legislation, the treatments carried out will be based on the principles of lawfulness, correctness, transparency, limitation of purposes and conservation, minimization of data, accuracy, integrity and confidentiality.

Non-EU data transmission

The data collected will not be transmitted outside the EU.

Personal data being processed

The personal data being processed, which may vary according to the services requested, consist of: name and surname, email address, telephone number, tax code/VAT number, location data, an online identifier and other data suitable for making the identified or identifiable user (hereinafter "Personal Data"). In particular, the Personal Data processed through the Site are as follows:

  • Navigation data: When the user visits the Owner's websites, the servers automatically record information such as the URL, IP addresses, browser type, browser language, date and time of the request made. The transmission of this information is implicit in the use of web communication protocols. This is information that is not collected to be associated with identified interested parties, but which by their very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified. These data are used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its correct functioning. The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in the event of computer crimes against the site or third parties. With the exception of this eventuality, such data is kept for 30 days.

  • Data provided voluntarily by the user: On the Owner's websites, the user has the option of transmitting their personal data by filling in forms or sending e-mail messages. The provision of this data takes place on an optional, explicit and voluntary basis, and involves the subsequent acquisition of the sender's email address, necessary to respond to requests, as well as any other personal data entered for the purposes of the service and those further granted by the user. Specific summary information can be found on the pages that provide the forms, with the possible indication of the obligation to provide the data necessary to use the specific service. The user assumes responsibility for the personal data of third parties that may be published or shared through this site and guarantees that he has the right to communicate or disseminate them, freeing the Data Controller from any liability towards third parties.

  • Data with interaction with social networks: In addition to filling in the appropriate registration form, the user can be allowed to register for the Services, if he has a Facebook profile, also by simply clicking on the "Login with Facebook" button. In this case, Facebook will automatically send the website some personal data, specified in the appropriate "pop-up" window that appears at the time of the request, and there will be no need for the user to fill out other forms. On our site there are active methods of sharing content with Facebook (share, like button) and this means that there is also data processing by Facebook.

  • Cookies: this site allows only technical cookies.  The website www.psicologia-semplice.it may use cookies, i.e. a small file containing a string of characters which is sent to your computer when you visit a website, and other technologies to broaden your online experience and to understand how the services of www.psicologia-semplice.it are used in order to improve their quality. According to current Italian legislation, the express consent of the user is not required for the use of some cookies. In particular, "technical cookies", i.e. those used for the sole purpose of transmitting a communication over an electronic communications network, or to the extent strictly necessary to provide a service explicitly requested by the user, do not require this consent. In other words, these are cookies that are essential for the site to function or necessary to perform activities requested by the user.

Among the technical cookies, which do not require express consent for their use, the Italian Guarantor for the protection of personal data also includes:

  • "analytics cookies" when used directly by the site manager to collect information, in aggregate form, on the number of users and how they visit the site;

  • navigation or session cookies (to authenticate);

  • functionality cookies, which allow the user to navigate according to a series of selected criteria (for example, the language, the products selected for purchase) in order to improve the service rendered to the same.

Conversely, for "profiling cookies", i.e. those aimed at creating user profiles and used to send advertising messages in line with the preferences expressed by the user while surfing the net, the prior consent of the user is required. 'user.

Purpose of the treatment

The processing of data, subject to specific consent when required by law, takes place for the following purposes:

  • use the services offered by the Owner

  • for control, research and analysis purposes to manage and improve the owner's technologies and services

  • receive replies to requests addressed to the Owner

  • receive information relating to services offered by the Data Controller

  • fulfill pre-contractual, contractual and tax obligations deriving from existing relationships with the Data Controller

Subject to specific and separate consent from the one above, personal data are collected for:

  • send newsletters, communications regarding the services offered by the Data Controller.

Legal basis of the treatment

www.psicologia-semplice.itprocesses the user's personal data if one or more of the following conditions occurs:

  • the user has given consent for one or more specific purposes

  • the processing is necessary to fulfill legal obligations to which the Data Controller is subject

  • the processing is necessary for a legitimate interest of the Data Controller or of third parties to send the newsletter in cases where the user uses a form to contact us or sends an email to one of our addresses

The interested party can however request the concrete legal basis of each treatment

Optional and mandatory consent to provide personal data

The interested party is free to provide the personal data requested from time to time; their missing, partial or incorrect conferment could make it impossible to use the requested services.

Recipients of personal data

For the purposes described above, the user's personal data may be shared with:

  • subjects who typically act as data processors, i.e.: people, companies or professional firms that provide assistance and advice to the Data Controller in accounting, administrative, legal, tax, financial matters relating to the provision of the Services;

  • subjects with whom it is necessary to interact for the provision of the Services (for example the Hosting Providers), subjects delegated to carry out technical maintenance activities on the servers that host the websites of the Owner;

  • subjects, bodies or authorities to whom it is mandatory to communicate the user's personal data pursuant to provisions of the law or orders from the authorities;

  • persons authorized by the Data Controller to process personal data necessary to carry out activities strictly related to the provision of the Services, who are committed to confidentiality or have an adequate legal obligation of confidentiality, such as collaborators of the Data Controller.

Place of data processing

The processing of personal data takes place at the headquarters of the Data Controller and is handled by technical and administrative personnel for the pursuit of the purposes described above.

Further information can be requested from the Owner.

Data Retention

Personal data will be processed for the time necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected or until the previously expressed consent is revoked.

In any case, the possibility for the Data Controller to keep personal data is reserved for the time allowed by law to protect their interests. Further information regarding the data retention period and the criteria used to determine this period can be requested by writing to the Data Controller.

The Data Controller adopts adequate security measures to protect the data from any unauthorized access, modification or disclosure or from its destruction. These measures include internal controls on data collection, storage and processing methods as well as security measures to protect the systems on which personal data is stored from any unauthorized access.

Rights of the interested parties

  1. Right of access.

You have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not your data is being processed and, if so, to obtain access to such data and the following information:

  • the purposes of the processing;

  • the categories of personal data processed;

  • the recipients or categories of recipients to whom the personal data have been or will be disclosed;

  • the envisaged retention period of personal data, where possible, or the criteria used to determine this period.

  • Right of rectification, cancellation, limitation, portability, revocation.

You can at any time request the rectification and integration of your personal data.

If the conditions are met, you can request the deletion of data concerning you, you can obtain the limitation of processing and, where technically possible, you have the right to receive the personal data concerning you in a structured, commonly used and automatically readable format provided by you to the data controller.

You can withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data at any time, without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before the withdrawal.

  • Right to object.

You can object at any time, giving legitimate reasons connected to your particular situation, to the processing of personal data concerning you, including profiling, when the processing is necessary for the execution of a task of public interest or connected to the exercise of public powers vested in the data controller or the processing is necessary for the pursuit of the legitimate interest of the data controller or of third parties, provided that the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject requiring data protection do not prevail personal data, in particular if the data subject is a minor.

You can object at any time to the processing of your personal data carried out for direct marketing purposes, including profiling.

  • Right of complaint.

If you believe that the processing of your Personal Data conducted by the Data Controller is in violation of EU Regulation 2016/679 and/or the applicable legislation, you can lodge a complaint with the Guarantor Authority for the Protection of Personal Data (Privacy Guarantor).

Changes

The Data Controller reserves the right to modify or simply update the content, in part or completely, of this Privacy Policy, also due to changes in the applicable legislation, by advertising them to users on this page. Therefore, please consult this page often, referring to the date of the last modification indicated at the bottom. In case of non-acceptance of the changes made to this privacy policy, the user, if registered on the website, can cancel his account or can request the Data Controller to remove his personal data. Unless otherwise specified, the previous privacy policy will continue to apply to the personal data collected up to that moment.
